Created over a few months in 1985, these diptychs were taken on Belgrave Road, London, and West 11th Street, NYC.  A short series, it gave me an opportunity to experiment with unlikely pairings: a staged set piece against a busy street window reflection, a school theater alongside a quiet residential interior, a study of presence, and raw light sources juxtaposed—the work marked a clean break from my usual process.
